I believe all individuals have the capacity for change and can develop the tools to discover their purpose. I strive to create a space for clients where they explore what keeps them stuck in their old patterns, learning to make changes that allow them to discover personal meaning. I appreciate the strength and vulnerability it takes to engage in the therapeutic process.

I have experience utilizing cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavior therapy, as well as mindfulness-based approaches. I find meaning in working with clients with a diverse array of needs, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and personality disorders.
